When it comes to medical instruments, it is not only the precision of the manufacturing process that determines quality; final cleaning also plays a crucial role. That is why we use state-of-the-art technology for the final cleaning of our instruments.

Our production facility uses a cleaning and disinfection device (RDG) from the Swiss manufacturer Belimed. This allows the instruments to be thoroughly cleaned and passivated in a single validated process step.

Even the smallest production residues are reliably removed during cleaning. Passivation then ensures that the stainless steel surfaces form a particularly stable protective layer. This improves corrosion resistance in the long term and ensures the surface quality of our instruments over the long term.

The result: technically and hygienically flawless instruments.
